The three roadblocks
There are three roadblocks that businesses need to circumvent when automating email marketing:
Shifting from manual marketing to automated marketing requires effective implementation of strategic plans. This comes with drafting, creating time-consuming and tedious error-prone automation procedures.
In short, implementing automated email marketing is hard work and requires guidance and preparation. To lighten the process, you can take a shortcut by opting for a coach who can advice. The one that 'drives' you to prepare and taking an intermediate action.

How can a coach help you in email marketing automation?
Business in general understand the value of communicating with customers. They know by providing regularly educational information, special offers and/or promotions they can build trust, and strengthen relationship with them.
To further leverage this business potential, a coach helps you by adding automation in the game. The coach being an expert, in businesses automation issues, cloud solutions and specialised integrator, can oversee, assist and guide you in deploying your ‘own’ system. He can guide you in choosing the right solutions combined with the right strategies, which give clear and defined results.
A coach helps you 'make it happen'
A coach is the bridge between wishing something to happen and having it happened. When achieving what you desire seems impossible, when you are in standstill or not knowing where to start he is there to guide you.
How does coaching work?
On a regular basis you will meet your coach, either in person or through internet (video) calls. Discussions will focus on the current issues you are facing, as well as the future of your business. The coaching sessions will keep you and your business on track, moving forward towards your goals and objectives. But where does focus needs to be set and what should coaching services include.
Accountability & support
A coach needs to be your accountability partner. That one person that stands on the sidelines and motivates you to meet your monthly goals and get things done. it is he who gives you ongoing support, so you can get feedback and have a second opinion on anything. As your biggest supporter he encourages you as if he had actually invested in your success.
Strategy sessions
So it is clear that coaching calls are all about you and every bit of advice will be tailored to your business, your audience and business goals. Not only will you get step-by-step guidance to conquer whatever level you’re currently struggling to pass. But, you’ll get to bounce your ideas off him and have a sparring partner who gets you and understands the strategy behind building a successful business.
Training & resources
Coaches need to be qualified in giving you live training during web calls, or able to build quick tutorials & explainer video to be shared via email. He is also the one that gets you solutions that are a fit to your unique problems. And if no solution or other resources that can help you. He needs to be creative and find exactly what to recommend instead.
How long does coaching last?
It depends. Coaching can either be, a deep dive session, by month or three month. Most common is a three upto six months package. After the initial set of sessions, you may or may not extend the coaching. Also, you can have a periodically tune-up conversation to deepen your understanding of the newly acquired skills.
What is the alternative?
Well, if you choose not to be coached you can continue to market manually and work constantly by yourself. This requires setting up of reminders to keep you diligent on a regular basis to keep you on track. However, if continuing the actual path, questions remain.
With a coach, the idea is that you receive guidance to do the hard work once and take advantage of many, by implementing and automating business processes & email marketing.
